The structure of U. S. Health is simple having four basic layers of employees and three locations.
Administration - Consist of an office manager and data entry positions. Accounting skills are necessary. Virginia Beach location only.
Sales/Branch Mangers - Each location has a Sales/Branch Manager that over sees the management of the branch and also obtains new accounts. Minimum two years business to business sales are required along with excellant communication, time management and organizational skills. Individual must be high energy, honest, self-disciplined and multi tasked.
Service Manager - Each location has a Service Manager that manages the route technicians and deals with the customers needs. Minimum of three years proven management experience required. Individual must take pride in performance, be honest and self-disciplined.
Route Technicians - Each location has Route Technicians that service our customers restrooms on a weekly basis. Service is done Monday through Thursday. This position has the most contact with the customer which makes the Route Technician the most important position with U. S. Health & Hygiene. Each route tech must display quality performance, appearance and attitude. Valid drivers license and copy of driving history required at time of interview.
